Kristen Schreib, Esq. is a devoted and compassionate family law practitioner. She has a wide range of experience in all aspects of family law for both married and unmarried families, including dissolution, custody and parenting time, child support, relocation, spousal support, modification of child support and spousal support, post-judgment enforcement matters, and multi-jurisdictional support, custody, and enforcement matters. She is also well versed in the negotiation and preparation of prenuptial, post-nuptial and property settlement agreements, as well as custody and parenting time agreements.
Ms. Schreib also has experience in many areas of civil litigation including contract disputes, torts, and cable television/public utilities. She also practices in the Regulatory and Refranchising area for cable television and communication companies.
Ms. Schreib graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physics, magna cum laude, from Seton Hall University in 2007. She thereafter received her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2010, where she interned for the Honorable Menelaos W. Toskos, J.S.C. of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County. Ms. Schreib has been an associate with Arturi, D’Argenio, Guaglardi & Meliti, LLP since December, 2010.
Ms. Schreib is admitted to practice in the State Courts of New Jersey, the United States District Court, District of New Jersey, as well as the State Courts of New York. She is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and the New York Bar Association.
