RINALDO M. D’ARGENIO
RINALDO M. D’ARGENIO graduated with a B.A. from Fordham University in 1975 and a M.A. from Seton Hall University in 1976. He received a J.D. in 1979 from Seton Hall University School of Law.
Mr. D’Argenio has extensive experience in Public Utilities Law and Regulation, having served as the Lobbyist for the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities and Deputy Director of the Office of Cable Television during the Administration of Governor Thomas Kean. He has also been a Legislative Aide to New Jersey General Assembly and District Manager to Congresswoman Marge Roukema.
Since 1986, Mr. D’Argenio has been in the private practice of law, representing numerous public utility, cable television and solid waste companies in various federal and state courts, administrative agencies and before county and municipal governing bodies of New Jersey and New York. Utility franchising and privatization with local governments are specific areas of expertise.
Mr. D’Argenio is admitted in the state courts of New Jersey and New York, the Federal District Court for the District of New Jersey, Third Circuit Courts of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. He is also a Registered Lobbyist, licensed by the State of New Jersey.
