MYLES M. MISSIRIAN

Associate

Myles M. Missirian, Esq. is committed to providing his clients with vigorous and compassionate representation, showing desire, eagerness and enthusiasm while tending to each client’s requests and needs. He truly enjoys communicating with his clients in order to better understand each client’s goals in relation to their specific matter. Mr. Missirian has a range of experience in various areas of civil litigation including contract disputes, specific performance, wage claim disputes and collection-related matters.

Mr. Missirian also has experience in several areas of family-law related matters, including divorce, dissolution and equitable distribution of property. He also is experienced in estate administration including, the drafting of Wills and Power of Attorney, identifying an estate’s assets, identifying debts of an estate, administration of and individual’s estate and the probating of an individual’s Will. He also is experienced in several areas of bankruptcy law including individual, corporate, and rights of creditors.

Mr. Missirian also is well versed in residential real estate transactions including closings and short sales. He also has experience with filing trademark applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Mr. Missirian graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society, with a minor in Psychology, cum laude, from Ramapo College of New Jersey in 2009. He thereafter received his Juris Doctorate from Western New England University School of Law in 2013 while he interned for the Department of Children and Families in Springfield, Massachusetts, as well as interned for the Housing Clinic in Springfield, Massachusetts, where he worked with tenants in connection with discovery, negotiations, agreements and trial preparation.

Mr. Missirian is admitted to practice in the State Court of New Jersey and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey. He is also a member of the New Jersey Bar Association.
